Dispatch of Orders

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day of receipt, subject to stock availability. Once dispatched, you will receive your order in approximately 1-7 days, depending on your delivery location. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched so it can be tracked via Australia Post.

Part Dispatch of Orders

If we are unable to dispatch your entire order within 4 days due to some items not being in stock, we will dispatch the in stock items and send the balance of your order once it is received. The second delivery is free of charge. We will send you an email upon dispatch of both your part order and your completed order.

Delivery Costs

Delivery for orders over the value of $100 is free.
Orders under $100 will incur a $10 delivery charge.

Online Orders

The my-uniforms.com.au online store is based in Melbourne, Australia and all pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Currently we will only fulfill orders from Australian Customers.

Embroidery & Screen Printing

Where certain garments require Customizing, Embroidery and / or Screen Printing, unless we carry pre-arranged stock levels to fulfill orders, there may be a delay in turnaround timeframes, subject to the approval of Customization, Embroidery and Screen Printing artwork. A delivery timeframe affected by these scenarios will be provided on receipt of order.
