Unfortunately, we are unable to access your order, as once it has been processed it is closed to ensure efficient processing and delivery. When you order arrives to you, please send the item that you no longer require back to us, and we will arrange a refund less any returns charges applicable. If the item you wish to cancel is on backorder, please let us know the order number, and we will cancel this for you.

Was the Order That I Sent Through Received?

What Methods Can I Pay By?

When shopping online with MyUniform, you can pay by credit card (Bankcard, Amex, Visa, MasterCard and Diners), and Pay Pal. If you order by mail or phone, you can also pay by cheque. Simply call us on 1300 789 227 to place your order this way.

How Do I Log In To Your Website?

You do need to have registered on our website to place your first order online.
If you are an existing customer simply log in here, enter your email address OR customer number and password, and submit.

If you can no longer remember your password, please click on the "Locate Password" button, and an email will be sent to you with your password details. (If you do not receive a password you may not have registered online yet or we may have a different email address registered for you).

Can I Change My Address Details?

Yes, you can. Simply log in to the website, and click on "My Profile" at the top of the page. Enter your email address and password, to alter your details. There is no need to call us, as your details will automatically be updated from the website.

How Can I Unsubscribe From Your Emails?

We apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. We may have had a customers' email address incorrect, which is why you have received emails in error. Please click here to email us, so we can remove your address from our database.

How Long Do I Have To Return Items?

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund less any delivery charges associated to the order or return process.
