What if it doesn't fit? Or the colour isn't right?

If you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange or refund the item you have purchased. An exchange or refund will be issued provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase
  • The item is unworn, and is in its original condition
  • You return the item together with a copy of your receipt
  • The item is NOT a Custom Made Item or Branded – we will advise you if this is the case

 

To request a Return or Exchange, please follow this process:

  • Call our Customer Service Team on 1300 887 617 between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (EST) Monday - Friday.
  • Have your receipt with you when you call and know which item you would like to return.
  • The Customer Service Team will issue you with an RGA (Return Goods Authority) number; this number needs to be clearly printed on the package being returned to us.
  • Please ensure items are in as new condition with all original swing tags still attached.
  • Clearly label the parcel with the items being returned to us and mail to us with the following address:

Does It Cost Me to Return an Item?

Your first return (per order) is free, so there is no shipping fee charged to you. 
If for any reason you need to make more than one return (per order) which results in a replacement, unless the replacement is due to a faulty item delivered to you on the same date, then returns which result in a replacement will attract a postage fee of $10.

How Much Will Be Refunded?

The full cost of the item will be refunded to you if you elect for a refund and not an exchange.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless returned items are faulty.

 

What If My Item Is Faulty?

In the unfortunate event that something has slipped through our quality process and arrived to you that you are not 100% happy with then please follow the above process for a full refund or exchange.

 

What If My Item Has Been Worn and I Then Discover That It Is Faulty?

Call our Customer Service Team on 1300 887 617 between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (EST) Monday - Friday. Have your receipt with you when you call, they will assist you with your faulty item and arrange for a full refund.
